I’m an Arts psychotherapist, counsellor, and dance & movement practitioner passionate about providing freedom and hope by going deep.

First of all, Art therapy is for non-artists as well as artists. Many people feel a bit intimidated by the fact that they can’t draw more than stick figures. That is perfectly ok. As we go, you’ll be amazed to see what happens and what your unconscious mind can reveal. I’m fully aware of this and guide you in a very gentle way and always stick to your personal level.

Hi, I’m Lalena – art Therapist. I use expressive therapies like movement and eco-therapy to help clients discover more about themselves and find new coping and healing methods. I believe that creative expression is a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing, and my approach focuses on allowing clients to explore and express themselves freely, without judgment. If you’re seeking a supportive and empowering space to explore your inner world, I’m here to help.

Why Art Therapy?

My primary service to you is Arts Therapy because I feel it’s one of the most effective ways to get in touch with the real you and move through whatever you need to get through with profound ease.

You don’t get lost in words – It’s not even necessary to use words. Art making and artistic expression are the primary modalities.

It’s great being able to tap into your inner wisdom through creativity, and I love how I can combine helping people, creativity, and movement – three of my great loves through this practice. I’ve been wanting to put all these together since starting my training 11 years ago and now, Create Therapy is the culmination of all of these.
