One on One Arts Therapy

Individual Arts Psychotherapy is a powerful alternative to traditional talk therapy, giving potential to heal hurts and relationships and create positive change in our lives. Through working with Sil you’ll experience a relaxed pathway to your inner world and and find easy access to your inner wisdom.

Art therapy is a form of therapy that utilises artmaking through drawing, painting, clay modelling, and expressive therapies such as movement, dance or drama to explore, expand and evolve our behavours, throughts, and feelings, improving our physical, mental, emotional and spritual wellbeing.

Arts Therapy is for every body.

Whether you’re an organisation working in mental health or organising a private group, Create Therapy’s well equipped studio can cater for you. The huge 8m x 8m workspace and movement area with a large portion covered with soft dojo mats, makes for a comfortable place to be free with creativity and expression.
